DRIED FISH...as an Appetizer

We all know that Illonggo's are fun of eating.They satify their self to eat three times a day more likely they have a driedfish to serve. Many Illonggo's cannot afford to buy delicious and healthy food. But you know what?... that dried fish contains carbohydrate that essential to our body to grow. The main ingredients of dried fish are salt that gives the desirable flavor and texture. Aside from that, salt had a chloride ion to prevent the bacteria.Dried fish is also good source of appetizer that truly satisfy your appetite.

It is salted dried fish that is best paired with hot rice and vinegar.
